Carolyn even went "above and beyond" by offering me some homemade soup for a family funeral (which was delicious and very appreciated). They worked with us to give us a discount and an upgrade given the length of our stay and the sad circumstances. They have won our loyalty and we will go straight back to them next time we are in Hamilton visiting family. Thank you very much.
Dear housekeeping team: Many thanks for the fantastic service that I have recieved during my stay. I have a few more hotels to stay in during my time in NZ but something tells me they will not come up to your standards. Many thanks Christine
